If you have never logged on before, go to the website and request a password as a first time user.  If you have been on the site before but have forgotten your password, go to the site and click on "forgotten password" and follow the instructions.  If you are still having problems email or telephone reception on 01487 812352 to check that your email address is the same as the one we have on your child's records.
